Creativity and Innovation Skills Training (2 Days)
Overview
Our 2-day Creativity and Innovation Skills training course provides a thorough grounding in the use of creativity skills and techniques within an organisational or team setting. Delegates will gain the ability to explore and solve everyday problems in structured and useful ways, and be able to lead themselves and others through ideas generation, ideas development, concept evaluation and selection.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will be able to:
- Gain a broad understanding of creativity and innovation within an individual and organisational context,
- Understand their own style preferences for creativity and innovation,
- Use a structured approach to creativity and innovation,
- Understand and use a variety of creativity techniques for use within problem exploration, ideas generation, concept development, solution development and implementation,
- Understand the potential barriers to creativity and innovation within their own organisation,
- Define an appropriate action plan to improve and enhance their own – as well as their organisation’s – creativity and innovation skills on an ongoing basis.
